Johannesburg - Singer Amor Vittone-Van der Westhuizen wants to take the sex rag, Loslyf, to court after they "mistakenly" published a picture of her with her right breast apparently revealed while she was doing a turn on the catwalk.
She says it's not her in the picture, although the magazine claims it is.
According to Vittone-Van der Westhuizen, she already has an interdict to remove the magazine from the shelves.
The magazine was also removed last month after it published a manipulated picture of Juanita du Plessis, who also threatened court action.
Vittone-Van der Westhuizen said on Thursday: "My lawyer brought it to my house because he said it was too vile to discuss over the phone.
"It's just common. It's not even me. It looks like me, but I swear it's not me. They made me look like a complete whore."
Paul de Klerk, general manager of RPM Records, Amor's record label, said: "We support Amor 100%. The photo captions are basic libel.
"We can't allow people to take advantage of others in order to sell more magazines. You can clearly see it's not her."
According to Ferdinand Hartzenberg, Vittone-Van der Westhuizen's attorney, the sheriff will seize all the copies of Loslyf that are on the shelf on Friday.
Loslyf editor Eugene Goddard, however, claimed they had not received any interdict by late Thursday afternoon. His legal team was investigating the matter at the time.
"Look, if they want to take us to court, they must go ahead and do it, but they can't just pull the magazine from the shelves," said an angry Goddard on Thursday.
According to Vittone-Van der Westhuizen, husband Joost van der Westhuizen, who is in Britain at the moment - also signed the interdict because the magazine also alludes to him.
"Joost is die bliksem in (Joost is very upset)," she said on Thursday.
