Hayek joins Oscar presenters

Los Angeles - Hollywood stars Salma Hayek and former Academy Award winner Tim Robbins will join the line-up of presenters at next month's Oscar ceremony, organisers said on Thursday.
The pair will join a growing list of movie stars to hand out the famed golden statuettes at the 77th annual Academy Awards in Hollywood on February 27.
Hayek, the star of films including After the Sunset, Once upon a Time in Mexico, Frida and Dogma, will next be seen on the screen in Ask the Dust and Bandidas.
Robbins, 46, won the best supporting actor Oscar last year for his role in Clint Eastwood's drama Mystic River.
In 1995, he received an Oscar nomination for directing the capital punishment drama Dead Man Walking.
The actor is currently filming War of the Worlds and will be seen next in The Secret Life of Words.
Hayek and Robbins join last year's best actress Oscar winner, South African star Charlize Theron, and fellow Academy Award winner Renee Zellweger in the presenters' line-up.
Also signed on to hand out come of cinema's highest honours is Lord of the Rings
Nominations for this year's Academy Awards were announced on Tuesday, with Martin Scorsese's biopic leading the pack with 11 nominations including best picture, best director and best actor for Leonardo DiCaprio.
The $110m film tells the story of eccentric US billionaire, flyer and moviemaker Howard Hughes.
Eastwood's latest film Million Dollar Baby and Finding Neverland, the story of Peter Pan author JM Barrie, were next in the ranking with seven nominations each including best picture.
The 2005 Oscars will be held in Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.
