I am not a high ranking official of the ANC, yet I support the disbandment of the DSO precisely for the same reasons, with additional points relating to the support I give to the disbandment of the DSO. One of these is that the DSO regarded itself as an extension of the Judiciary, and has been very keen to investigate all except when such people are not judges.
