Description: Chemical Engineer (Cheshire, England)
After my fourth place at the 2003 Olympic Test Event, my goal is to win an Olympic medal - a gold medal would be fantastic
Olympic Hero: Penny Heyns. To win two Olympic gold medals at one Games is a really fantastic achievement and one that most sportsmen and women only dream of. A really amazing performance.
Favourite Olympic Moment: My favourite Olympic moment will have to be the closing ceremony of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics when Josiah Thugwane was awarded his gold medal for the men's marathon. I was so proud to stand up and sing out our national anthem. It's a moment I will never forget.
