    Cape Town - Judgment was reserved on Tuesday in the Treatment Action Campaign's (TAC) application for an urgent interdict against what it says is defamation by vitamin entrepreneur Matthias Rath.

    Cape High Court judge Siraj Desai said at the close of arguments on Tuesday that he and his two fellow judges would deliver their ruling in the next few weeks.

    The TAC is trying to stop Rath from claiming it is a front for pharmaceutical companies.
