Johannesburg - The police have offered a reward of R50 000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for a quadruple murder in Vlakfontein, Roodepoort, in March.
Captain Tshisikhawe Ndou said four people were shot dead on March 29 at 02:00 as they were on their way home from a tavern.
Their bodies were found in the veld near the Vlakfontein informal settlement.
All four had been shot in the back of the head, execution style.
The four were Sophie Mongwane, 30, of Tsepisong, and Ephraim Mhlongo, 34, Abel Sologate, 39, and Gladwell Molaakgosi, 46, all of Vlakfontein.
The motive for the killings was unknown.
