Polokwane - Limpopo police say a 30-year-old illegal Mocambican immigrant has been stabbed and killed killed allegedly by a friend at a dumping site in Polokwane.
Inspector Ntobeng Phala said the men, both from Mocambique, apparently became involved in an argument. One produced a knife and stabbed the other several times in the chest.
Phala said the men, who were unemployed, stayed together in a shack built next to the dumping site where they collected scraps of food.
Phala said a man was arrested after a manhunt and would appear in court soon.
