Man killed over loud music

Pretoria - A man was shot dead in an argument over loud music in the Diepsloot informal settlement south of Pretoria on Sunday evening, police reported on Monday.
Police spokesperson Inspector Anton Breedt said the victim and a friend were sitting in a car listening to music about 20:00.
The owner of the house in front of which the car was parked confronted the two about the noise.
Breedt said an argument ensued between the driver of the car and the house owner. The passenger ran away.
"He heard several gun shots, and when he returned to the car, he found the driver dead."
The house owner was arrested and would appear in court shortly, Breedt said.
