Teacher killed: Man in court

Johannesburg - The alleged killer of a teacher who was gunned down at a primary school in Eikenhof, south of Johannesburg, in 1999 appeared briefly in the Johannesburg High Court on Monday.
Thulani Thulebona Mazibuko, 27, of Estcourt, has not yet pleaded to murdering Nandi Mhlongo.
According to affidavits, Mhlongo, 31, died at a clinic from gunshot wounds on June 10 1999. She had been shot in front of her Grade One class.
Mazibuko was also charged with the illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The matter was postponed to next Monday to sort out legal representation.
