Another blackout in Jo'burg

Johannesburg - About nine suburbs in and around Johannesburg were without electricity on Thursday, City Power said.
These included Selby, Parkhurst, Bryanston, The Hill, Melville, Village Deep and Eldorado Park.
Spokesperson Sol Masolo said power was still not available at Selby due to Wednesday's fire in a cable system below Commissioner Street.
The fire was believed to have been caused by people trying to steal cables from the underground chambers.
He said an outage in Parkhurst South was caused by a power trip, but that had been reset.
Masolo said details of the cause of the power failure in the other suburbs would be available later.
