The three men were sitting outside a parked car in Da Gama Street when they were attacked at 21:50 on Tuesday, said Captain Randall Stoffels.
Four gunmen opened fire on them, fatally wounding a 25-year-old man in his head and a 36-year-old man in his chest.
A 20-year-old man was wounded in his upper leg and taken to a nearby hospital where he was in a serious condition, said Stoffels.
He said the gunmen fled on foot. No arrests had been made and the motive was not known. All leads were being followed up.
