Pretoria - Eight armed men robbed a jewellery shop in the Centurion Mall on Thursday, Pretoria police said.

Inspector Katlego Mogale said the men stormed into the shop just after it opened on Thursday morning.

They held the staff at gunpoint and collected jewellery in bags before fleeing the scene in a Mazda.

No shots were fired and no one was injured in the incident.
