Nelspruit - Two armed men robbed an Engen petrol station in Grootvlei of R8 000 on Christmas Day, said Mpumalanga police on Wednesday.

"The men entered the garage at 02:50 and held clients up at gunpoint," said superintendent Abie Khoabane.

The men emptied the tills and fled with cash.

No one was injured during the incident and no arrests have been made.
