Robbers flee cash heist scene

Durban - Four armed robbers shot at security guards and fled with R30 000 after a cash-in-transit heist at Warick Avenue in Durban, police said.
Superintendent Vincent Mdunge said the Fidelity security guards were collecting money from the Jayelani Butchery at around 08:00.
They were then approached by the robbers who fired seven shot at them and stole the money.
The robbers fled from the scene on foot.
No one was injured and a case of armed robbery was being investigated, he said.
