Johannesburg - The bodies of two teachers who went missing on March 14 in KwaZulu-Natal have been recovered in Gedleza village, police said on Friday.
Captain Jabulani Mdletshe said four men arrested in connection with the teachers' disappearance showed police where the two bodies were.
"The bodies were badly decomposed and we could not establish the cause of death."
He said a post mortem would be conducted to establish how Bonisiwe Philile Mthenjane and Phindile Ntuli were killed.
The two teachers at the Hlokohloko primary school in Jozini went missing on March 14.
Their burnt-out car was found in kwa-Mduku, while their cellphones, documents and bank cards were found in the possession of the four men when police arrested them on Thursday morning.
The men are expected to appear in the Ubombo magistrate's court on Monday.
