Johannesburg - Two men were arrested after a robbery at a Krugersdorp house, said West Rand police on Wednesday.

Captain Joseph Magoai said the robbery occurred in Noordheuwel on Tuesday.

"They pointed a gun at a domestic worker who had been taking out a dustbin," said Magoai.

The woman was forced into the house while the men loaded electrical appliances into the bakkie.

"After taking the goods they drove away in the bakkie only to crash into a security vehicle that had been called to the house," he said.

The security vehicle overturned and the bakkie crashed into a tree.

"No one was injured. The two men face charges of house robbery," said Magoai.
