Johannesburg - Police spokesperson Richard Zuma says pupils at a high school near Brakpan have been among nine people arrested for the stealing computers at the school.

Zuma said the people were arrested after the police received information connecting them to the theft of 20 computers from the Buhlebemfundo High School in Tsakane.

"They went to the house where they recovered 13 computers and arrested nine people between the ages of 16 and 28.

They are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
