Tuck shop murder case postponed

Pretoria - Police say the case of four men accused of killing a tuck shop owner in Tembisa has been postponed to September 10 for a formal bail application.
Caiphus Sithole, 19, Winston Chimbondze, 24, Sam Sithole, 36, and a teenager who cannot be named as he is still a minor, appeared in the Tembisa Magistrate's Court on Tuesday after allegedly attacking and demanding a firearm from Mike Sithole before they shot him on August 23.
A spokesperson for the Ivory Park police station, Lesiba Manamela said they also allegedly wounded Sithole's three-year-old girl and his wife, Sarah Moyana. The girl was still recovering in hospital.
All four were facing charges of house robbery, murder and two counts of attempted murder.
