24/10/2007 18:08 - (SA)
Cape Town - A fresh set of closing arguments will be put before the Cape High Court next week in the Inge Lotz murder trial.
The case was postponed to October 31 after the prosecution announced on Wednesday morning it had no more questions for accused Fred van der Vyver, who has been under cross examination for three days.
He entered the witness box after his advocate had already begun closing argument.
Van der Vyver, 25, is accused of bludgeoning Lotz, his girlfriend, to death in her Stellenbosch flat in 2005.
