    Cape Town - Several thousand excited rugby fans gathered on Cape Town's Grand Parade on Monday to welcome the World Cup winning Springboks to the city.

    The Boks are to make an appearance on the City Hall balcony overlooking the parade before making their way through the city in an open top bus.

    Many in the crowd were wearing Springbok jerseys and waving Springbok flags.

    Some had even made large cardboard cut-outs of Springboks which they held above the crowd.
