Dead man trussed Cape Town man shot dead

Acornhoek - The naked body of a man who went missing last Wednesday was found floating above a waterfall near Zoeknog on Sunday.

Acornhoek police spokesperson Inspector Joseph Mogakane said on Monday that the man's family, who live in Thulamahashe in Mpumalanga, had reported him missing last Thursday.

"After a long search, we found his car, clothing and a plastic container filled with water near the waterfall, but he was missing," said Mogakane.

He said police divers searched for his body, but it was only found on Sunday.

Police don't suspect foul play and an inquest docket has been opened.
