Scorpion up for drunk driving

Johannesburg - A top Scorpions investigator was arrested on charges relating to drunken driving, reported Talk Radio 702 on Tuesday.
According to the report, the man, who previously was based at the Scorpions head office in Pretoria, was arrested in Woodstock, Cape Town, area on Tuesday evening.
The journalist-turned-investigator faced charges of drunken driving, defeating the ends of justice and resisting arrest, the report said.
According to the report, Western Cape Scorpion head Adrian Mop confirmed the arrest.
The report stated that the police would be releasing a statement later.
No police comment could be obtained.
