Johannesburg - The case of six people accused of murdering Avhatakali Netshisaulu, son of City Press editor Mathatha Tsedu, will be heard in the Johannesburg High Court on Monday.

Netshisaulu's widow Mulalo Sivhidzo, and co-accused Ntambudzeni Mutsenene, 29, Sello Johannes Arnold, 28, Rodney Makhura, 32, Setshaba Fokane, 36, and Mashudu Mutobvu, 36, are facing charges of murder, robbery with the aggravating circumstances, kidnapping and malicious damage to property.

Netshisaulu was apparently hijacked while driving from Randburg to see a business partner in Honeydew on December 7 2006.

His body was found in the boot of his burnt-out car in Muldersdrift on the same night.
