Three held for hijacking Woman refuses to be hijacked Woman hijacked outside house

Johannesburg - A 39-year-old woman was hijacked in Freeway Park, Boksburg, allegedly by a group of men terrorising the area, Johannesburg police said on Tuesday.

"She went to Freeway Park yesterday (Monday) to fetch some keys and )her car) was approached by five men driving a white Golf Velocity that blocked her from moving. They hijacked her silver Yaris," said police spokesperson Safa Lengenge.

One of the men was armed with a gun.

"Please look out and be careful if you are approached by a white Golf... they are terrorising the area," she said.

Lengenge said the hijacker's car had no registration number.
