Body found on Cape beach

Cape Town - The body of a murdered man was found by a jogger running along the beach near Lucannon street in Strandfontein, Western Cape police said on Wednesday.
Inspector Bernadine Steyn said the unidentified man was found around 10:30 on Tuesday.
She said the man's hands had been tied behind his back and he had an open wound, possibly inflicted by a sharp object, to his head.
He was wearing red shorts and a grey T-shirt.
"We are investigating the possibility that murder might have been committed somewhere else," she said.
A case of murder was being investigated.
