Kudu causes 2 accidents

Schweizer-Reneke - A collision with a kudu presumably caused two accidents that killed five people in the North West province.
The incident happened at about 07:00 on Sunday morning on the Schweizer-Reneke-Wolmaransstad road.
"It looks (according to an eyewitness report) as if the driver of a Mazda Drifter bakkie ... was going in the direction of Wolmaransstad when he hit a kudu and lost control of the vehicle. The Mazda then collided with a Nissan Hard Body bakkie with three people inside who were heading to Schweizer-Reneke," said police spokesperson superintendent Louis Jacobs.
All five people in both cars died in the accident. The victims were from Vryburg.
The kudu also died.
