Prison warder kills wife, self

Johannesburg - A 42-year-old prison warder shot dead his wife at the Carolina prison in Mpumalanga on Thursday before shooting himself in the head, police said.
Superintendent Abie Khoabane said the man went to an office where his wife was working at the prison around 15:30.
He fired four bullets hitting her in the head. Another worker in the office was shot in the hand.
The wife died on the scene and the prison warder then shot himself in the head. He also died on the scene.
The motive for the shooting was not known.
