Monty: I can be tops again

Singapore - Colin Montgomerie says he has five more years left at the top, and believes he still has what it takes to once again be Europe's best golfer.
The 44-year-old Scot, the most prolific British winner in European Tour history with 31 titles, has no plans to call it quits.
"There's a thought for me that when I can't finish in the top 10, or rather that 10th is the best I can do, I'll stop playing," he said here, where he is conducting coaching clinics.
"Right now the best I can do is win, so I'll keep going. Things change, but I think I've got five years of play left in me."
Montgomerie, who has won the European Order of Merit title eight times, hasn't had the best of seasons, winning just once at the European Open and finishing 12th in the money race.
But the drive remains and he said that if he can start sinking a few putts, he can once again be number one.
"The drive is still very much there to be the European number one again," he said.
"I did it in 2005, which isn't that long ago. It's harder now but I feel it's definitely a possibility. I just need to buckle down and hole some putts.
"The putts just haven't been going in, that's the thing. I've putted very poorly this last year and a half, to be honest. When I do putt well I have a chance. That's what I've got to get back to."
One of his key motivations for next year is to win a place in the Europen Ryder Cup team against the United States in Valhalla, Kentucky.
Montgomerie hasn't missed a Ryder Cup since 1991 and plans to earn his right to play, rather than rely on being a captain's pick.
"This season has not really been good enough. In fact, this season has been disappointing, to be honest," he said.
"I didn't feel I moved forward. I felt I moved backwards in a playing sense and I've got to get that right for next year, especially in a Ryder Cup year.
"I really want to get in that team."
