Noval pulls out of Giro

Palermo - Spaniard Benjamin Noval has pulled out of the Giro d'Italia with intestinal problems, his Astana team said on Friday.
"The roommate of Alberto Contador became sick on Wednesday
night, could not eat and has no reserves to start in a demanding
race as the Tour of Italy," the Kazakh-funded outfit said in a
statement.
Noval will be replaced by Swiss Steve Morabito.
The Giro starts on Saturday with a time trial in Palermo,
Sicily, and ends on June 1.
