Golden Lions sell Pumas shares

Johannesburg - The Golden Lions Rugby Union (GLRU) has sold back all its shares to the Mpumalanga Rugby Union who is now again in full control of all matters and assets at the union.
That was announced in a media release on Monday, in which the MRU announced the transitional committee has handed back the reigns to the union's presidents' council which was elected at the annual general meeting. The presidents council will resume with the full management function of the union.
The elected presidents council is: President: Hein Mentz; Deputy president: Peter Lubbe; Vice-president: Koos Kruger.
The following directorships have been endorsed: Gert Grobler, Frik Verster, Lennin Marule.
The directors have been instructed to report back on any investors interested in becoming partners in Puma Rugby.
