Doctors give Walaza a break

Johannesburg - Orlando Pirates striker Excellent Walaza has been ruled out of the Absa Premier League game against Thanda Royal Zulu FC at the Johannesburg Stadium on Sunday.
Walaza has confirmed to Kick Off that the team's doctors have advised him to rest for this weekend's fixture but he adds that he will be back running at training next week.
"I went for medical check up yesterday and the doctors said the injury is not serious. It's getting better but the doctors will only allow me to start training next week."
Walaza, who was injured during Bafana Bafana's friendly against Lesotho on Tuesday, is currently joint leading goal scorer in the League with Free State Stars striker Diyo Sibisi. Both have six goals.
In absence of the former Under-20 captain, Rudzani Ramadzuli could get a chance to impress coach Owen da Gama when Bucs host Amabhubesi on Sunday.
Meanwhile, club physiotherapist, John Williams, confirms that Lucas Thwala has started training on the field to regain his fitness while continuing with rehabilitation. He should start training fully with the team by next week.
Kelebogile Mabe has already started training fully with the team, with Happy Jele joining his this coming week.
Striker Ralph Matema has started running on the field with boots again. And he should start training fully with the team, within two weeks.
Tebogo Mashaba is still receiving physiotherapy treatment for his strained hamstring, while Joseph Kamwendo is still complaining of mild pain in his groin. His hamstring strain has healed completely however he strained his groin recently.
