Ghana storm into Fifa's top 20

Berne - Africa Cup of Nations hosts Ghana have climbed 29 places to joint 14th in Fifa's latest world rankings following their third place finish in the tournament.
Ghana are now the highest ranked African nation in the
standings, which are published monthly by world soccer's
governing body.
Cameroon, who lost 1-0 to Egypt in the final, are up eight
places to 17th. Egypt are ranked behind Ghana, Cameroon and
Ivory Coast at 29th.
The top 10 remains largely unchanged due to very few competitive internationals in South America and Europe over the last month.
