Cape Town - A Sanzar judicial committee on Monday found Stormers flank Schalk Burger guilty of an act contrary to good sportsmanship.
The committee deferred delivery of sentence until Tuesday.
Burger was charged and found guilty of transgressions after he was shown a yellow card in the second half of the match against the Sharks in Durban on Saturday.
