Palo Alto, California - Microsoft on Monday will announce three Windows Live online services created for use with cellphones or mobile internet devices.
Windows Live Search on Windows Mobile and Windows Live Search on Java will enable consumers to conduct local searches over the internet and to view maps, the company said.
The services will be available in the US and the UK and had previously been in "beta" testing.
Windows Live for Windows Mobile will pull together under a single banner e-mail, instant messaging, search and other products Microsoft has previously offered for mobile devices.
The services will be announced at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, where Microsoft will show off Windows Mobile 6, a new version of its software for mobile devices.
