Six US marines killed in Iraq

Baghdad - Six United States marines have been killed on Thursday in fighting in western Iraq, says the military on Friday.
A bomb explosion, near Fallujah, killed the four and two by a roadside bomb in the vicinity of Al Qaim, near the Syrian border.
The latest deaths brought to at least 1 946 the number of US military personnel killed in Iraq since the US-led invasion of March 2003.
