London - It is "likely" that there will be another terrorist attack in London, but the timing is unknown, said the head of the British capital's Metropolitan Police, Sir Ian Blair, on Tuesday.
Blair said: "Another attack is likely. There's no doubt about that." He was speaking to BBC London radio, five days after bombs on three underground trains and a double-decker bus killed more than 50 people.
He said: "But when? Who knows", adding that London and New York - one of the scenes of the September 11 attacks in 2001 - were "both major terrorist targets".
