London attacks 'still a worry'
15/08/2005 19:27 - (SA)
London - British home secretary Charles Clarke said on Monday that he remained "worried" by the prospect of another terrorist attack in the wake of the July bombings in London.
Clarke said: "We remain worried... It would be ridiculous for us to assume that a further act could not take place."
At least 46 people, including four apparent suicide bombers, were killed in an attack on three Underground subway trains and a double-decker bus on July 7.
Those attacks were followed two weeks later by a failed attempt to repeat the blasts.
