Body found in suitcase

San Francisco - A suitcase containing human body parts was found floating in the San Francisco Bay on Friday afternoon, police said.
Several people who were sailing a rented boat on the bay at 13:10 reported finding the suitcase just east of the Golden Gate Bridge.
After opening the suitcase and seeing the contents, the boaters said they closed it, put it back in the water and towed it behind their boat until authorities arrived, said police spokesman sergeant Neville Gittens.
Gittens confirmed that the remains were human, but would not say exactly what body parts were found or in what condition. The medical examiner's office will conduct DNA tests to identify the remains, he said.
Authorities had no leads or suspects.
