The sum of money taken has not been confirmed by police.
In an armed raid on a security depot in Tonbridge, in the south- eastern county of Kent two weeks ago, robbers stole a record <£>53m.
The depot manager and his family, as well as staff, were taken hostage in the raid.
Police have recovered up to <£>20m from the haul. Five people have been charged and altogether 17 have been questioned over the February 22 raid.
