Troops 'were in Iraqi waters'

Berlin - Prime Minister Tony Blair
accused Iran on Sunday of seizing British naval personnel in
Iraqi waters and said Tehran must understand its action was
"unjustified and wrong".
"This is a very serious situation and there is no doubt at
all that these people were taken from a boat in Iraqi waters,"
Blair told a news conference after a European Union summit.
"I hope the Iranian government understands how fundamental
an issue this is for us," he said.
Iran detained 15 British Navy personnel on Friday in the
Gulf. Tehran claims the sailors strayed into Iranian territory.
