Siege after school shooting

Helsinki - An 18-year-old senior high-school student has barricaded himself in a Finnish grammar school after shooting the director and three others on Wednesday in the town of Tuusula near Helsinki, police confirmed.
One of the victims was dead, the three others wounded, the police said.
Police have surrounded the Jukela school complex in the town just to the north of the capital. Hundreds of pupils were believed to be inside.
There were no immediate indications of the motive for the attack or whether there were any hostages - Sapa-dpa
