Disciplinary action has been taken against an ANC leader who was allegedly caught cheating during his Master's examination. Mr Mpho Badirwang, who is the zonal secretary of the ANC, was writing his Public Management paper on 17 June when he was found to be in the possession of crib notes. Badirwang was previously head of department at Pubulogo Primary School, before his recent appointment in the regional examinations' section at the Department of Education. A spokesperson for the University of the North West's Puk campus confirmed on Tuesday that Badirwang will be charged and that formal disciplinary procedures will be implemented. Dr Anis Karodia, Supt. Genl from the Department of Education says the department will consider the issue once it has received an official communication from the university.
