Somerset West's second team played United at home this past Saturday in a one-day match which they lost by 83 runs. Skipper, Björn van Huyssteen, won the toss and decided to bowl first. United managed scored 212 runs in 45 overs mainly due to diabolical fielding (six dropped catches and 36 wides) giving United at least 90 extra runs.
