John Clark from Gordon's Bay writes: I have recently moved here to Gordon's Bay from Durban and I have a problem with your parking meters.

I bought a card when I was in Hermanus as the meters do not take cash. This is very good, but where can you get your card recharged?

I once recharged my card at the Pop In café in Gordon's Bay, but they no longer do the recharging of cards. So now I start the search.

I went to all the service stations, big and small supermarkets and just about every shop around. I even went to the police stations, but to no avail.

It is bad enough to have to pay for parking on the weekends. In most towns one does not pay for parking after 13:00 on Saturday and not at all on Sunday, why can't we have the same here?

If possible, could you publish a list of outlets where parking cards can be recharged as I am sure there are a lot of people in the same situation.
