To the driver of the silver Honda CRV 4x4 with a CEY registration number: What are you thinking? First we thought it was a "once off", however, we see you regularly, in the morning, driving down Aerodrome Road with your toddler on your lap! Firstly, it is illegal! Secondly, it's a busy road! And thirdly, it's downright irresponsible! My daughter would love to sit on my lap when we drive, but she is strapped in on the back seat. That's what safety belts are for! Please don't be so irresponsible!
