I would like to give the biggest service bouquet to the management and staff of Gordon's Bay Security.

I own an estate agency on Beach Road in Gordon's Bay and as such have quite a complicated locking up and alarm system recorded with them.

To date they have never let me down, with agents coming and going at odd times the office is often open after hours, when there is one of these opening after hours they immediately phone me to alert me that someone has entered the office.

If the agents forget to arm the alarm system when closing the office, we are once again phoned and alerted to the fact that the alarm is off. I am also the managing agent for either absentee landlords or a letting agent of some 30 houses in Gordon's Bay and on occasion I sometimes accidentally set off the alarm, within minutes I have Gordon's Bay Security on the line needing to know passwords.

I can truly say that I sleep really well at night knowing that their patrols are out there keeping a silent watch of all what is going on.

I am sure I speak on behalf of many people in and around Gordon's Bay.... hats off to you all, you are doing a great job and a very big thank you.

I wanted to give Prompt Auto Services, the employees and the owner, Rod Mitchell, a big service bouquet for their help.

They could not accommodate me, as their workshop was so full, and it looked as if I could stay at home over Easter, as my car had ignition problems.

But the boss found the time in the lunchbreak, came to my house, and fixed the car there. I haven't heard or seen something like that in South Africa, nor overseas.

Congratulations, what a super customer service. You are on the right way.

I believe in complimenting awesome service and wish to hand this bouquet for service to Affordable Auto in Main Road, Strand.

I have bought my latest car through them. Not only have they offered me incredible service from day one, their finance division has also been wonderful.

They called me when they said they would, and not once throughout the entire process was I left in the dark.

When my current car decided to give troubles, leaving us with no car (until delivery of the new car), Affordable Auto delivered a loan car within 15 minutes of my call.

I have now taken delivery of my new car, and e-mailed Schalk that the windscreen wipers and pump were not working correctly and a warning light was coming on (the "new" car is 10 years old).

I received a phone call 30 minutes later that they are coming on Wednesday to collect my car and will get all this things fixed and will deliver my car when finished.

What wonderful service and dedication in going the extra mile to serving their customers.

Truly an incredible experience and I would recommend everyone looking to buy a car to give them a visit. Well done and thank you Schalk and Co. (not forgetting Mia from Auto Zelco).
