While waiting for my wife outside the Durbanville Library recently, in the space of about ten minutes a BMW entered the parking area against the No Entry sign; a second BMW entered correctly, but proceeded to park on a red line; and a third BMW also entered through the No Entry sign.

BMW drivers clearly need to be reminded that the rules and regulations apply to everyone, even them!
