End of the road for Blaster

AFTER more than 15 years of being classified as the original sport quad bike, the iconic Yamaha Blaster is to be discontinued.

During this time more than 5 449 customers have enjoyed, and indeed still enjoy, the attributes of this fantastic machine, from its bullet proof 200cc air cooled engine to its rugged sport suspension.

The Blaster has long been classified as the quintessential racing quad, and for years enjoyed absolute class dominance, before the bigger bore four stroke quads became available.

Today, many a happy child enjoys the Blaster as their quad bike of choice, and with the strength of the known Yamaha reliability behind it, parents have been very happy to have been able to make the choice of buying the Blaster for their kids.

Existing Blaster owners need not worry as to the discontinuation of the model as Yamaha dealers countrywide will continue to support the product indefinately with spares and servicing. – (Correspondent)
