Celeste will be performing at the Hawston Multipurpose centre on Saturday 12 July at 20:00. Starting with piano at the age of three, Celeste completed her classical foundation by passing the grade 8 examinations through Unisa.

She has also completed a B Mus degree at the University of Cape Town. She draws inspiration from her classical background and her involvement as backing musician to numerous popular local artists. As a solo artist, she has performed at venues such as The Table Bay Hotel, Cape Sun Hotel, Villa Moura, Lord Charles, Spier Wine Estate, Wild Coast Sun, Sun City and Graceland Casino.

Celeste has performed as a session musician on a number of CD recordings. She also holds the position as one of the music anchors for the local KYKnet series, Liriekeraai. She had the privilege of singing the national anthem when Italy played the Boks at Newlands on 21 June.
