For the first time in powerboating history the annual prizegiving took place in Hermanus on Saturday where all the champions in the T-class were crowned and the interregional team was announced.
Drivers from Cape Town and surrounds joined the evening at the bowling club where all the pilots were rewarded for taking part in this wonderful sport. The hall was made up beautifully and the evening was enjoyed by all.
Amazingly, the lady participants took home quite a few awards and gave the men a go.
